C+P Elope

Muskoka Elopement

Corrine and Perry were a lovely couple to work with. They met a number of years ago at a Halloween party, but I don’t have much of the back story… apparently it takes more explanation than we have time for on this short and sweet synopsis of their day with us!

They decided to elope for the practical reasons of cost, planning, and stress... but they also wanted to keep it low key, intimate and meaningful to them as a couple, and their two daughters.

A family vacation was already planned up in Muskoka, so it just seemed like the perfect time and place to get married. We were thrilled to help them pull all the pieces together!

Corrine is a creative writer. Her vows. Wowza! Not only did she write something personally to Perry, but she also said vows to Perry’s girls (who she has called and considered to be her daughters for a number of years). That’s enough about that. Happy tears, so many of them…

The amazing farm house and property where they were staying took backdrop to their “I do’s”. It was idyllic, serene and quiet. Wendy and David (their hosts) were the sweetest humans alive. Not only did they provide a picture perfect and manicured property for photos, they actually offered to prepare C&P’s wedding dinner and cake!! While that was being prepped, Kate (photographer extraordinaire) snuck the lovely Bride & Groom and their daughters to Arrowhead Park for some more amazing pictures!

It was a special day.

Team Awesome….
