Delmonte in the Pines | Pop-up Wedding | Muskoka, ON

Have we explained yet, how much we love POP-UP wedding days? Not only do we get to plan, create, and develop dreamy wedding chapels… we have the privilege of pulling together an amazing team of talented industry friends to help us check mark all of our wedding "must haves”. AND THEN, to top it all off, we get to greet our couples and their guests, and treat them to all of that goodness. We literally have the best job ever.

There is no shortage of beauty at Delmonte in the Pines - a lovely Muskoka lakeside resort. You know you’ve picked a pretty magical location when you have a million (slight exaggeration maybe? … but I don’t think so) different spots on the property to host the I do’s. We chose the “secret garden” as our backdrop - so much green. so much wild. so much sweetness.

Our day here was the hottest day of the summer. I think we actually melted. BUT, the location was so so so perfect and the couples (and vendors) embraced the heat with open arms. The lack of breeze meant we didn’t have to worry about props and flowers blowing away, but in the same breath, it meant their wasn’t a ton of reprieve from the intense sun. We gave each guest a hand fan and also included some parasols for shade. Water, water, water - lemonade & vodka - (plus some bubbly!!) was also flowing to keep everyone calm and cool.
