Regardless of how big your wedding is, the venue is usually the first piece to the puzzle. Location paired with the personality of the couple and time of year, are really the biggest factors we use as a jumping off point in the planning process.

With elopements, the venue is most often the accommodation for the couple as well. I think this is really fun, as it can act as a spot where they return for their anniversary in the years to come. How romantic is that?

There are so many amazing cottages, short term rentals, and resorts in the Muskoka area that can be truly unbelievable elopement locations. It’s really hard to contain our excitement when we get to help with this part of a couples celebration.

It doesn’t take much for us to hit the ground running... some words, a simple description, or a couple pictures usually do the trick to help us narrow in on the perfect spot.
